Founder, Transition Method

My career has been built on transitions, my own and those of the leaders I have worked with.

For nearly 20 years at SAP and PTC, I worked in enterprise sales and executive advisory across 19 countries in Europe, the Middle-East and Africa. Along the way came acquisitions, restructures, promotions and market expansion, each one changing the rules I was working with.

I have relocated 6 times: Paris, Dublin, Barcelona, Toulouse, London and Dubai. Every move meant rebuilding from scratch: new teams, new political landscapes, new ways of operating. Losing your footing and having to find it again fast is something I know from experience, not from theory.

for 7 years, as EMEA Sales leadership Coach and Executive Advisor at SAP, I worked with senior leaders going through organisational changes, leadership transitions and commercial transformations. The pattern was consistent: the failure is rarely competence, it was clarity.

When I left corporate to build my own practice, I went through that transition myself.

The Transition Method exists to give leaders a structured way to see what has actually changed and act on it, because clarity is built, never assumed.

In 2025, I completed the Executive Diploma in AI for Business at Oxford University because the transitions my clients face are increasingly shaped by forces that didn’t exist 5 years ago. Staying ahead of them is part of the work.
